We saw this praying mantis on the streets of Red Hook last night. Look at those big eyes she has!
I wish the iPhone had a better short-range macro lens on it for this kind of photography.
I think this photo is quite nice out of focus, actually.
looks like she was trying to flee the scene after devouring her lover.
